Xtractor Depot Terms & Conditions
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER & DELIVERY TIME
*Express/Overnight orders must be received by 12pm in order to ship same day.
*All other shipments (Ground, 2 Day, etc), orders received after 2pm will be shipped out the following business day.
*We do not guarantee any overnight/express shipments.
*Xtractor Depot will typically ship packages within 1-2 business days after your order is received and the payment has been processed. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
*International shipping fees and estimates are provided by the carrier and not Xtractor Depot (XD). XD is not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot estimate the shipping cost or additional charges as these costs vary depending on location and the carrier used. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs.If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is the purchaser's full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country before placing your order. If customs fees are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
ORDERING
*You may pay for your order using the payment methods available on www.xtractordepot.com.
*When purchasing from Xtractor Depot, you agree to pay Xtractor Depot in full as identified on the Purchase order.
*The price for the purchase of products and the corresponding costs for shipping, delivery, and/or tax, as indicated in the Purchase Order, will be charged to your chosen identified payment method.
SALES TAX
*Prices (if any) indicated on each product page or in a Purchase Order are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change.
RETURN POLICY
*Proof of Purchase is your original invoice which should be retained in the event that a warranty claim is necessary.
*By placing an order with Xtractor Depot either online, in store, or via phone, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies. Note: Returns must meet ALL criteria.
*We do NOT accept returns for customized items. Xtractor Depot in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
*We do NOT accept returns on gas or liquid solvents.
*We do NOT accept returns on glassware.
*Starting from the date of delivery, you will have 10 calendar days to open and inspect all purchased products. Any missing pieces must be reported during this time period, otherwise, Xtractor Depot will not be held responsible. If anything is missing, please call our service rep at (888)-733-2712.
*You have 14 calendar days from the date your shipment was delivered to return the goods to the possession of Xtractor Depot for any orders incorrectly placed or exchanges. If the item is returned during this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For products verified to be defective, damaged or the incorrect product, Xtractor Depot will supply a prepaid shipping label along with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
*Products should be returned unused and in the original condition, they were received. This includes all accessories, manuals, manufacturer’s crate/boxes, packing materials, etc. Returns received that have been used or with missing components or modifications will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. You will be responsible to ensure adequate packaging on all return shipments. If the shipment is damaged in transit to Xtractor Depot, you will be responsible for the loss of any non-defective items.
*For non-defective products, a 20% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of the initial shipment and return shipment. For products verified to be defective, Xtractor Depot will be responsible for your return shipment and the shipment of replacement items.
*If a defect is found to not be the fault of Xtractor Depot, warranty work will be quoted and authorized by the customer, to be paid by our accepted payment methods. The unit will be repaired and shipped back to the customer within 7 business days from the time of customer authorization.
*Shipping freight charges for work not performed under warranty are the customer's responsibility and will be provided in the warranty repair work quote.
*The unit will be considered "abandoned" after 45 days following notification of repair options and maybe re-purposed or discarded.
*All warranties are void on all of our equipment that is used with power converters, or when they come standard as 110/120V power and are used outside the US or Canada no exceptions. Owning a power converter does not mean it can handle the load necessary to operate our electronics safely. Please inquire with Xtractor Depot prior to purchase to see if we approve the converter.
*All stainless steel parts and fittings carry a lifetime warranty that does not cover user error or accidents.
*All ovens carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
Shipping Policy
Xtractor Depot strives to provide the highest quality in shipping services. Our shipping department is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. The turnaround time for shipping your order will depend on the volume of orders received. Generally your order will ship within 48 hours of full payment.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders that are received before 12pm PST will be scheduled to ship that same day or within 48 hours. Orders received on Friday evening to Sunday will be scheduled to ship the following Monday.
Same Day Shipments
We place high priority on express 2-Day and overnight shipments; however, we cannot guarantee an order will ship the same day. This is in consideration of events such as an item being out of stock, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Freight Shipments
If your order needs to be shipped by freight carrier it can take up to 3 business days to ship depending on the items. This applies to large items that need a crate built, special packaging, dropship, or products that require additional paperwork (such as international orders).
International Shipments
Orders shipping outside of the continental United States fall under our international guidelines. This applies to the U.S. Protectorates (and sometimes Hawaii depending on the service). International shipping may include import duties and tariffs that are not charged or collected by Xtractor Depot.
Shipment Cancellations
Orders that have shipped out of our warehouse cannot be cancelled and will require a return authorization. Orders that are cancelled and packaged may also be subject to a restocking fee. To cancel your order or return it please use the contact information below.

*Xtractor Depot will be able to assist with requests for information, assistance on orders from Xtractor Depot, shipping, refunds, and to return products purchased from Xtractor Depot.

POLICIES
*Xtractor Depot reserves the right not to accept and process orders that do not comply with our business policies.
*All products sold by Xtractor Depot are intended for legal purposes only.
*Products ordered on this xtractordepot.com may be shipped only to physical addresses excluding P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
*In no event shall Xtractor Depot or its agents and affiliates be liable to you for any punitive, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind or character, including but not limited to, loss of use of production facilities or equipment, lost profits or revenue, property damage (including property damage arising out of causes of action based on strict liability), damages to person, expenses incurred in reliance on Xtractor Depot performance hereunder, or lost production, whether suffered by you or any third party.
*All content included on this Website or in connection with the products, such as works, images, pictures, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos, menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, fonts, designs, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Xtractor Depot and is protected by national and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, the Content without the prior express written consent of Xtractor Depot.
PROMOTIONS
Free Shipping 2021 Exclusions: Free shipping not available for freight orders, orders to Hawaii or Alaska, or international orders. Oversized package rates still apply (Boxes over 30" x 48"). A signature upon delivery is still required. Hazmat products ship free, but the hazmat fee is still required. Handling fees still apply.
Handling fees include:
- $20 for carts over $200
- $25 over 50lbs (per box)
- $25 over 70lbs (per box)
- $25 over 30" in width or 48" in length (per box)
We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
