Xtractor Depot Policies, Terms, & Conditions


PROCESSING YOUR ORDER & DELIVERY TIME

*All orders placed with Xtractor Depot can take 2-3 business days to process and ship after payment has been received.  Tracking numbers will be provided after your order has been processed. We may contact you after your order has been placed; please check your email you have provided for any updates.

*All Express Orders must be received by 12pm (PST Monday-Friday) in order to ship same day considering availability of product and selection of shipping method. 

*Xtractor Depot cannot and will not guarantee order arrival date. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Xtractor Depot is an estimate. Xtractor Depot encourages you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, or product availability or lack of availability.

*For overnight shipping we recommend FedEx Overnight Express. USPS Priority Express is not Overnight shipping. 

*Xtractor Depot will deliver locally for a fee. (Rates vary on distance)

ORDERING

*Xtractor Depot accepts the following forms of payment: cash, credit card, debit card, personal checks, money orders and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. We accept the following credit /debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

*When purchasing from Xtractor Depot, you agree to pay Xtractor Depot in full as identified on the Purchase order.

*The price for the purchase of products and the corresponding costs for shipping, delivery, and/or tax, as indicated in the Purchase Order, will be charged to your chosen identified payment method.

*ALL Ethyl Alcohol purchases will be required to provide a photo ID and fill out a Statement of End Use form. 

*All credit card transactions over $500 made online, in-store, and over the phone will be required to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form and provide a photo ID matching the credit card name. 

*Any fraudulent claims and credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

SALES TAX

*Prices (if any) indicated on each product page or in a Purchase Order are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change.

CHECK YOUR ORDER!

*From the day it is delivered by the tracking number provided, the buyer has 48 hours to check and inspect the package. Any missing pieces must be reported during this time period, otherwise Xtractor Depot will not be held responsible. If anything is missing, please call us at (888)-733-2712. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

*Xtractor Depot ships internationally. Please contact us at xtractordepot@gmail.com to receive a shipping quote. 

*Note: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

DAMAGED ITEMS FROM SHIPMENT

*If your shipment is clearly damaged during transit, refuse the package and have the driver document any and all damage to the package. Xtractor Depot can not take responsibility for obviously damaged shipments that are accepted and signed for. For damaged, rejected shipments, Xtractor Depot will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement once the damage inspection is complete. -If there has been damage to your shipment that is not evident on the outside of the packaging, please contact us within 5 days of the arrival of your shipment for instructions. Please be prepared to provide photos of the inside and outside of the packaging and damaged items. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the box, all packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

WARRANTIES

*Our stainless steel products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a lifetime. Within this period, Xtractor Depot will replace any components that fail in normal use.

*All Xtractor Depot parts are sold individually, not pressure tested. 

*Pressure Tested & Assembled units/parts are only done when requested and service is paid for. 

*Note: This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, unauthorized alteration or repairs or consumable products.

*Warranties vary from product to product. Please call us at (888)-733-2712 if you need any assistance.

*Technical support and manufacture warranty is included with purchases of all products.

*Glassware DOES NOT have warranties. Glassware may have minute blemishes that will not affect the function. If you believe there are imperfections on your glassware, please contact us. We check all our inventory once we receive them and make sure no defective glassware is sent to our customers. 

*This warranty does not cover second hand, used or re-purchased items not directly purchased from Xtractor Depot.

*Xtractor Depot may request that the item be shipped back to our facility for examination or repair. In this event, you, the purchaser will be asked to carefully pack the unit and return it.

*Warranty repairs that are found to be defects due to material, workmanship the defective part will be replaced at no charge to the customer.

RETURN POLICY

*Proof of Purchase is your original invoice which should be retained in the event that a warranty claim is necessary or a return is made.

*By placing an order with Xtractor Depot either online, in store, or via phone, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies. Note: Returns must meet ALL criteria.

*Xtractor Depot does not accept returns on glassware or terpenes. 

*We do NOT accept returns for customized items. Xtractor Depot in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

*From the day it is delivered by the tracking number provided, the buyer has 48 hours to check and inspect the package. Any missing pieces must be reported during this time period, otherwise Xtractor Depot will not be held responsible. *You have 14 calendar days from the date your shipment was delivered to get a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return the goods to the possession of Xtractor Depot. If the item is returned during this time frame, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For products verified to be defective, Xtractor Depot will supply a prepaid shipping label along with an RMA number.

*Purchases made in store must be returned within 14 calendar days, unused, unopened, and undamaged.

*Products should be returned unused and in the original condition they were received. This includes all accessories, manuals, manufacturer’s crate/boxes, packing materials, etc. Returns received that have been used or with missing components or modifications will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. You will be responsible to ensure adequate packaging on all return shipments. If the shipment is damaged in transit to Xtractor Depot, you will be responsible for the loss of any non-defective items.

*For non-defective products, a 20% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the cost of the initial shipment and return shipment. For products verified to be defective, Xtractor Depot will be responsible for your return shipment and the shipment of replacement items.

*If a defect is found to not be the fault of Xtractor Depot, warranty work will be quoted and authorized by the customer, to be paid by our accepted payment methods. The unit will be repaired and shipped back to the customer within 7 business days from the time of customer authorization.

*Shipping freight charges for work not performed under warranty are the customer's responsibility and will be provided in the warranty repair work quote. 

*The unit will be considered "abandoned" after 45 days following notification of repair options and may be re-purposed or discarded. 

*All warranties are void on all of our equipment that is used with power converters, or when they come standard as 110/120V power and are used outside the US or Canada no exceptions. All warranties are also void if plugged into the wrong outlet and your equipment blows a fuse. Owning a power converter does not mean it can handle the load necessary to operate our electronics safely. Please inquire with Xtractor Depot prior to purchase to see if we approve the converter.

 *All ovens carry a 1 year parts and labor warranty.

*Xtractor Depot will be able to assist with requests for information, assistance on orders from Xtractor Depot, shipping, refunds, and to return products purchased from Xtractor Depot.

*Closed Loop System Pressure Test & Assembly: $1,000 

*500lb Dry Ice Deposit Bin: $600

*Xtractor Depot reserves the right not to accept and process orders that do not comply with our business policies.

*All products sold by Xtractor Depot are intended for legal purposes only. 

*Products ordered on xtractordepot.com may be shipped only to physical addresses excluding P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

*In no event shall Xtractor Depot or its agents and affiliates be liable to you for any punitive, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind or character, including but not limited to, loss of use of production facilities or equipment, lost profits or revenue, property damage (including property damage arising out of causes of action based on strict liability), damages to person, expenses incurred in reliance on Xtractor Depot performance hereunder, or lost production, whether suffered by you or any third party. 

*Xtractor Depot charges 2% on all credit card transactions for transactions processed in house. 

*All content included on this Website or in connection with the products, such as works, images, pictures, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos, menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, fonts, designs, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Xtractor Depot and is protected by national and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, the Content without the prior express written consent of Xtractor Depot.

User assumes all responsibility and risks of the system.
