Huber Unistat 815 with Controller Pilot ONE-460V
The Unistat range offers unique thermodynamic properties and a wide range of functions designed to meet demanding temperature-control requirements. Unistat technology provides precise, reproducible temperature control results, short heating and cooling times, and wide temperature ranges without the need for fluid changes.
All Unistats are equipped with the innovative Pilot ONE controller featuring a 5.7" touchscreen color display and easy menu navigation. Important operating parameters can be viewed at a glance, while temperature curves are displayed graphically in real time.
Unistats use advanced pump technology for optimal heat transfer. The pump self-regulates to provide effective circulation and flow, while the soft-start function helps protect delicate glass reactors from breakage.
Unistat technology is designed for efficient operation, reduced operating costs, and energy management. The hydraulically sealed system helps extend the service life of the temperature-control fluid by reducing oil loss through vaporization and oxidation. Extensive safety equipment also supports unsupervised continuous operation by monitoring operating conditions and shutting down the system or activating emergency cooling when necessary.

The Pilot ONE controller features a brilliant 5.7" touchscreen with graphic functions and comfortable menu navigation. Important operating parameters and temperature values are clearly displayed. The favourites menu, one-click operation, and integrated technical glossary make operation simple and intuitive. Integrated USB and Ethernet ports allow connection to a PC or network for remote control or data transmission.
